Email Reminder Notification to Submit the Rewards Redemption Form
As part of the promotion criteria to be included in the campaign and be eligible for the reward, one of the requirements is to submit the Rewards Redemption Form within 14 days from the card application date.
If a customer misses out on submitting the Rewards Redemption Form, our system will send an email reminder notification twice to complete it.
- The first email reminder to complete the Rewards Redemption Form will be sent after 24 hours.
- The second email reminder to complete the Rewards Redemption Form will be sent before the 14 days from your application date ends.
Email Reminder Notification to Claim Your Gift
As part of our initiative to ensure that eligible customers will not miss out on redeeming their gifts, our system will send a reminder notification email twice to collect the reward.
We encourage our customers to add info@singsaver.com.sg to their whitelist of trusted email addresses to prevent our communications from going into spam and ensure that they receive the reward collection email.
- The first email reminder will be sent after 14 days from the start of the reward collection period.
- The second email reminder will be sent before the reward collection deadline.
