Here is a step-by-step picture guide illustrating the Customer Journey on How to Apply for the SingSaver Reward.
We have created this guide to ensure that our customers will have a seamless and positive experience while applying on our website to enjoy our products and promotions.
Step 1: Apply via SingSaver
Apply to our website and click the “Apply Now” button on the preferred product.
Step 2: Enter your Email Address
You will be prompted to the Reward Portal to enter your email address to get the Rewards Redemption Form link and click “Get Started” to proceed.
Step 3: Complete the Bank's Application Form
Subsequently, you will be redirected to the provider’s website to complete your application.
Step 4: Submit the Rewards Redemption Form
After providing the email address in Step 2, you will receive an email to complete the Rewards Redemption Form.
Once you have completed filling up the bank's application form in Step 3, check your mailbox and look for the SingSaver email.
Please note that you must provide the correct details (Preferred Reward, Name, Phone Number, Application Reference Number, or Policy Number) upon submission of the Rewards Redemption Form.
The Rewards Redemption Form must be submitted within 14 days from the application date as per the terms and conditions to be included in the promotion.
We encouraged our customers to read through the terms and conditions to better understand the promotion criteria to be eligible for the reward and to avoid any issues with their application.
You may refer to the Application Reference Number and Policy Number format for reference.
If you missed out on submitting the Rewards Redemption Form, you will receive an email reminder notification twice to complete it. The first email reminder will be sent after 24 hours and the second one will be sent before the end of 14 days from the application date.
Step 5: Receive the Rewards Redemption Form confirmation email
After submitting the Rewards Redemption Form, you will receive a thank you email from SingSaver confirming the completion of the application.
Step 6: Receive the Rewards notification email
Finally, the most awaited part of the customer journey!
If your application is approved and deemed eligible by the bank, we will send you a notification via email with instructions on when and how to claim your reward.
Please note that our system will send email reminders twice to ensure that customers will not miss out on redeeming their gifts. The first email reminder will be sent after 14 days from the start of the collection period and the second one will be sent before the deadline of the reward collection.
