Am I eligible for the rewards?

If you're eligible for rewards, we'll send you an email 60-120 days after the Rewards Redemption Form is submitted or the application is approved.

To be eligible, you must complete the following steps:

1. You have completed and submitted the product application through our website. The last click you made before landing on the product application form must have been a SingSaver channel, either on the website or via an advertisement.
   
   
2. The Rewards Redemption Form must be submitted within 14 days of card application.
   
   
3. Meet all other promotional requirements according to each promotion's T&Cs. Here are some examples:
   • • Activating the approved credit card within 1 month from the date of card approval
     • Making the first spend on the approved credit card within 1 month from the date of card approval
       
       
4. Completed other qualifying criteria, like submission dates during a promotional period
