Here's a guide to SingSaver's gift redemption process to help you understand how we fulfill gift redemptions.
Once you have met the eligibility criteria for a promotion, it may take up to 60 to 120 days for gifts to be fulfilled.
In order to begin the fulfillment process, we need to receive the eligibility confirmation report from the bank. It takes considerable time to do this because:
- To qualify, you have to complete the eligibility criteria (like activating your credit card or making an eligible spend).
- Considering the large volume, we only receive these reports in periodic batches.
