How do I receive my gift?

If you are eligible for the promotion, we will contact you via the email address you provided on your product application.

Cash rewards, vouchers & gift items:
You will be informed via email when your rewards (such as Takashimaya and NTUC) are ready for collection at the designated redemption centre.

Cash rewards via PayNow:
We will email you to notify and SMS message from DBS bank of the successful transfer of the cash gift amount to your PayNow registered bank account.
