I submitted a wrong mobile number for a PayNow reward fulfilment

If you have submitted the wrong mobile number to us for a PayNow reward fulfillment, please contact our Customer Service Team here and they will assist you accordingly. Contact us right away to avoid having your rewards issued to the wrong Paynow mobile number.

If a PayNow reward has already been issued to the wrong mobile number that you have provided, we will not be able to reissue or refund it.
