A step-by-step picture guide illustrating the New Member Login Feature that was implemented on 7 August 2024.
In this guide, we aim to ensure that the transition from the old to the new journey will be as seamless as possible for the customers.
In the new membership login feature, we have enhanced the login method and users will no longer need an SMS OTP to log in. Rather, we will be using a passwordless option to facilitate logins. Users will need to verify themselves via the “Magic Link” that will be sent to them via email.
Here are the 8 Steps to the New Membership Login Feature shown in the table below:

Receive Confirmation of Redemption Submission |
Step 1: Apply to our website and click the “Apply Now” button of the preferred product
Step 2: Enter the Email Address to receive the Rewards Claim Form
The customer will be prompted to proceed with Google or has the option to enter their email address to receive the Rewards Claim Form and then click “continue with e-mail”.
Step 3: Complete the Application via the Provider
Subsequently, the customer will be prompted to the provider’s website to complete their application. For SCB credit card applications, they may proceed by clicking “Apply with Myinfo” or “Proceed with manual form”.
Step 4: Log in to the Email Address and Click on “Claim Rewards Now”
The customer has to log in to their email address to locate the email containing the “Claim Rewards Now” link, highlighted in green.
Step 5: Enter the Email Address and Provide Marketing Consent
After clicking the “Claim Rewards Now”, the customer will be prompted to “Continue with Google” or enter their email address to receive the Magic Link and to provide Marketing Consent.
Step 6: Receive the Magic Link via Email and Click “Login to SingSaver”
The customer has to remain logged in to their email and wait for the “Magic Link”. Then, Click “Login to SingSaver” to be prompted in the Rewards Redemption Form.
Step 7: Complete the Rewards Redemption Form
The customer must ensure to enter the correct applications details: Application Reference Number, Full Name, Contact Number, and Select their Gift. Afterward, click “Claim Your Reward” to submit the Rewards Redemption Form.
Step 8: Receive Confirmation of Redemption Submission
After submitting the Rewards Redemption Form, the customer will receive a thank you email from SingSaver confirming the completion of the application.
