You can track your rewards on the My Rewards Dashboard. Click on the Reward Tracker on SingSaver's website to access it.

Applications & Purchases Section:
Displays the financial product you applied for and its status (e.g., “Pending Approval,” “Approved,” or “Rejected”).

Track Rewards:
This shows how many rewards are in progress. Click this section for more details.

Submit Rewards Form:
This section lets you submit additional details to claim your reward if required. Customers can check this if they have submitted the reward redemption form.

Earned Rewards:
Displays the rewards you have successfully received.
My reward status is “Pending Approval.” What does this mean?
- Your application is still being processed by the provider.
- It may take some time before your status updates. Please refer to the estimated processing time in your confirmation email by the provider.
- If your status remains “Pending Approval” beyond 60 - 90 days, contact our support team for an update.
My reward status is “Approved,” but I haven’t received my reward. What should I do?
- Allow sufficient time: Rewards are delivered based on the timeline stated in the campaign Terms and Conditions.
- Contact customer support: If the reward is delayed beyond 60 - 90 days, reach out to our support team.
My reward was rejected. What can I do?
- If your application was rejected by the provider, unfortunately, you may not be eligible for the reward.
- If you believe this was an error, you can contact our support team for assistance.
I can’t find my reward on the dashboard.
