Step 1: Apply
Submit your application through the SingSaver website or its affiliates and provide your email address.
Step 2: Card Application
You will be redirected to the OCBC website to complete the credit card application form.
Step 3: Rewards Redemption Form Submission
A SingSaver Reward Form will be sent to your email. Complete and submit it.
Step 4: Qualifying Transaction
Make at least one qualifying transaction of any amount within 30 days of card approval.
Step 5: Receive Redemption Code
Upon meeting the transaction requirement, you will receive a redemption code from OCBC via SMS within four calendar months.
Step 6: Reward Validation Form Submission
You will receive a SingSaver Reward Validation Form via email. Complete it with the following details:
- Full Name
- Redemption Code from OCBC
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Step 7: SingSaver Redemption Email
Within eight weeks of completing the Reward Validation Form, you will receive a SingSaver Redemption Email with instructions on how to redeem your gift.
Step 8: Collect Your Gift
Visit the SingSaver redemption center to collect your reward.
Reward Validation Form and Unique Code
Reward Validation Form (RVF): This form is sent to eligible applicants after they receive the unique code from OCBC. Eligible applicants must complete and submit the form, providing their Full Name, Unique Code from OCBC, Email Address, and Phone Number for reward processing. Failure to submit these details will cause delays in reward processing.
Unique Code: A 12-character alphanumeric code generated by OCBC and sent via SMS to eligible applicants. This code is required for reward redemption and must be provided upon request by customer service agents for verification. If applicants did not receive the unique code via SMS within the period stated in the terms and conditions, they can call OCBC to check their eligibility and request the unique code.
