Open the Reward Redemption Form link sent to your email after your SingSaver application

Locate the field labelled “Application Reference Number”

Enter the full reference number exactly as shown in your confirmation (no edits or shortened formats)

Complete the rest of the form and click submit

Revisit the confirmation email or SMS from the provider
