Redeeming your SingSaver rewards is easy peasy! Just follow these four simple steps:
Step 1: Complete the Rewards Redemption Form
- After you apply for a product through SingSaver, you'll receive an email with a unique link to the Rewards Redemption Form.
- Click the link and fill in the form with the correct details, including your preferred reward, name, phone number, and application reference number (or policy number for insurance).
Important: You must complete and submit the Rewards Redemption Form within 14 days of your application date to be eligible for the reward.
Step 2: Verification process
- We'll receive your application reference number or policy number from our partners, which can take up to 120 days. This is because:

- It takes time for you to fulfill the eligibility criteria (e.g., getting your application approved, activating your card, meeting minimum spending requirements).

- Example: If you apply for a credit card in late January and meet all the eligibility criteria, you might receive your reward in late April.
Step 3: Processing your fulfillment
- We'll cross-check the information you submitted in the Rewards Redemption Form with the data from our partners.
- We'll also verify if you've met any additional eligibility criteria for the promotion.
Important: Make sure you fill out the Rewards Redemption Form accurately and on time to avoid any delays or disqualification.
Step 4: Collection of rewards
- If you qualify for the reward, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to collect it. This might involve providing your delivery address or choosing a redemption method.
- You'll have one month from the collection start date to claim your reward. If you miss this window, contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.

- Check your email regularly: We'll send you important updates about your reward via email.
- Add SingSaver to your safe sender list: To ensure you receive our emails, add no-reply@singsaver.com.sg and info@singsaver.com.sg to your "Safe Sender" list or move them to your Primary folder.
