If your application is successful and you've met all the eligibility criteria, you'll receive an email with your reward redemption details 90 to 120 days after you submit the Rewards Redemption Form or fulfill all the promotion requirements, whichever comes later.
Been waiting for more than 60 days?
If it's been over 60 days and you haven't received any updates about your reward, double-check these things:

Applied according to the terms:
- Did you apply for the product within the promotion period?
- Did you apply through a SingSaver channel (website or advertisement)?

Completed all the steps on time:
- Did you submit the Rewards Redemption Form within 14 days of applying?
- Did you meet any card activation or spending requirements by the deadlines stated in the terms and conditions?
- Did you avoid canceling your application before the reward collection period?
- Entered the correct information: Make sure you entered the correct application reference number or policy number in the Rewards Redemption Form.
- Checked all your email folders: Sometimes our emails might end up in your spam, promotions, or junk folders.
