To be eligible for the SingSaver reward, applicants must meet all the criteria outlined in our Rewards Campaign Terms & Conditions, including card retention requirements.
Retention Requirement
According to our terms:
“Successful Applicants must ensure that their Eligible Card is valid and in good standing at the time of gift fulfilment. They must also retain the card and not cancel it for a period of 12 months following approval.”
This means:

If you cancelled your credit card within 12 months of being approved, you are not eligible to receive or retain the reward.

If the reward was already fulfilled, it may be retracted, returned, or otherwise cancelled.
If you cancelled your card more than 12 months after approval:
You’ve fulfilled the retention period requirement, and this would not affect your eligibility.
Important Note:
Even if all SingSaver reward conditions are met, the bank retains full discretion in determining whether an application qualifies for the reward. This includes approval, card activation, and spending eligibility checks.
