These 4 easy steps will help you better understand how the process works. Here's how:
Step 1: Rewards Redemption Form
Your rewards redemption process begins when you enter your email address and the forms are automatically emailed to you. The email contains a unique Rewards Redemption Form link. You will see something like the image above.
To qualify for our promotion, the rewards redemption form must be completed within 14 days of the product application as stated in our T&C. It is important to complete the Rewards Redemption Form because the application reference number or policy number in the form will determine promotion eligibility.
Step 2: Verification process
We will then receive the application reference number and policy number from our partners, which may take up to 120 days, due to the following factors:
- We receive these data from our partners in batches
- It will take you some time to complete the eligibility criteria. Please review the terms and conditions each time you make an application, as these may change from time to time. Promotions may have different eligibility requirements, depending on the promotion:
- Product application approval
- Product activation
- Making a minimum amount of transactions using the product
Example:
If you are eligible and you submitted your application in late January, your reward could arrive in late April that year.
Step 3:Processing your fulfillment if you are eligible
In this process, we cross-reference the application reference numbers or policy number submitted in the Rewards Redemption Form with the eligible application reference numbers or policy number provided by our partners.
In addition, we will also run an eligibility check if there are additional promotion criteria.
Please make sure you fill out the Rewards Redemption Form accurately, correctly, and on time, otherwise late submissions may disqualify you. Here you can check your reward status once you have completed the above steps.
Step 4: Collection of rewards
You will receive an email containing the redemption information if you qualify for the reward. The collection period will expire one month after the start date. If you missed the collection period, please contact our Customer Service Team here.
Note: To ensure you receive all communications from us, make sure you check your spam, promotions, or junk folders, or add our email address (no-reply@singsaver.com.sg and info@singsaver.com.sg) to your "Safe Sender" list or move us to your Primary folder.
